deleting folders via the command line

i figured this was the best place to put this..

i wrote a batch script that deletes my install folder and various other things after the installation is complete. i just found out now that you need to add the switch /S for it to delete the contents of sub-folders.

my problem is how do i get rid of the folders themselves? this is the command im issuing: del /S /Q %systemdrive%\install
