context menu & Adobe Flash not work good on IE6 & 7

I using Flashget and Download Accelerator Plus but when use them on IE to download something not working when click them nothing happen.I try to uninstall and install them but no luck also try to uninstall and install IE7 also not working.

second problem with Adobe Flash for great example try to open http://www.gametrailers.com/ there middle on site will show trailers with Flash but me not show it like this.

any help....
