Beta -- Windows 98 SE SP 2.1d (German)

Thanks to this vivid community, the SE SP could be enhanced with various new additions and fixes.

Feel free to try out and post some feedback!

Changelog (so far):

New: CPU Microcode Updates - update.sys

... one question, in some sense it is a fork of gape's pack, because it includes newer available updates which were not included at all in the original pack. How these extensions are selected?

because if we look here or at the autopatcher project there should be many more new updates available since gape's pack.

I guess you could call it a fork, although I don't want to turn the SP too much into a "Windows customization tool", but to remain close to the original (Gape's version).

That's why, the version number is still 2.1x ;)

Checking the hotfixes list, I think I almost got most of the updates, e.g.:

- IE cumulative- & roots update is already contained in the unofficial IE6&OE6 update

- KB931836 is not relevant for German systems

- KernelEx is a great addon, but I'm not sure whether to add it (already), due to unforeseen side effects

Please let me know, if there's something missing...
