Issue with running prog req for NT/XP on 98se

When attempting to run the program I receive the following errors:

> Error Starting Program

The PSAPI.DILL file is

Linked to missing export NTDILL.DILL:AllocateVirtualMemory.

> A device attached to the system is not functioning.

> Error: Could not create file("

Hook path

",GENERIC_WRITE,0,NULL,CREAT_ALWAYS,FILE_ATTRIBUTE_NORMAL);

This program will now close.

Anyone know what this may be? Or if there is a solution to fix this?

Try using a dummy PSAPI.DLL file.
