jalyst Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 I;ve tried creating two different iso's, the second was much simpler; intergrated sp2 only plus a few componants removed (didnt use the lite preset) and a few other tweaks. Neither of the two boot or mount on my mac mini or my windowsXP workstation (amd64) i used the standrrd iso/bootable format and used image burn to burn the two iso's any idea what the heck;s going on?thanks, jed
jalyst Posted May 4, 2007 Author Posted May 4, 2007 apologies, i think this has turned out to be imageburn thats at fault. Used 1 of the media that i thought was a coaster and its now burned and booting successfully. Yet to try a few other things on some other cds and if they also work (the only variable changed is the burn software) then I can safely say its imageburn thats the prob. sorry for wasting anyones time!?cheers, jed
jalyst Posted May 4, 2007 Author Posted May 4, 2007 nope still a coaster, i think i stuffed-up somewhere along the way when i was adding drivers in nlite. when it was trying to integrate them i accidently deleted some of the folders that contained drivers it was looking for. I quickly recreated the folders with the right drivers etc but i think the damage had already been done. Anyways i had another nlite creation that was less complex that i;ve now brunt (fits on a cd instead of a dvd) and am looking forward to trying tommorrow. Trying to get bootcamp goin on my mac mini
