nlite won't make ISO

I think I have all the settings correct. But nlite won't make the ISO. I let it run for 8 hours and nothing happened. I also tried a Direct Burn, but no matter which DVD burner I used or which blank DVD I used, nlite kept telling me that the media was not blank and offered to erase it. You can't erase a DVD+R of course. Does anyone have any suggestions?
