GoogleDude
I have a few 32bit Appslication that detect during install that my OS is 64bit XP (Which it is). My question is Is there any way to forse those applications to install any ways? The apps in qestion I have already checked and there is not 64bit version. The one I am trying to get to install right now is Spyware Doctor v5.My OS is Windows XP SP2 (64bit)Many thanks,GoogleDude
cluberti
I'm not sure about that specific application, but if the applications you are using require installation of filter drivers of any kind, you cannot install it on x64 (you can't install 32bit filter drivers on x64). mikesw
A possibility maybe the following....Maybe you can install Msofts or VMWAREs virtual software, bootup another OS that is x32 and install your32 bit software there. Hence, you could run the x64 Bit OS and x32 Bit OS simulatneously on the samePC and get the capability to run your x32 application softare.
