"wait" in entries files

Hi guys,

I was wondering how to wait for an instruction to finish before starting another one ?

Example :

in my ENTRIES_ati.inf

...
[AddProgram]
ati_folder_compressed_in_sfx.exe /s
aticcc.msi /qb /norestart

I would like to wait for the sfx to be uncompressed before the next instruction begins. Any ideas ?
