nlite 1.3 final ATI SB600 RAID issue

I'm attempting to slipstream ATI SB600 RAID drivers into XP SP2 with nlite v1.3 final. For some reason the drivers are not seen on boot and therefore my raid setup is not used and I can't install XP.

The driver package is only three files:

ahcix86.cat

ahcix86.inf

ahcix86.sys

I add the files in the correct part of the GUI and it recognizes them as well, but when I try to install windows it doesn't see the files....

Any ideas on this one?
