Morpitus Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 I get an error using nlite 1.3 final (dutch language setting)when i choose for unattended install and start nlite says:Non existant INF section - [components]tweak skipped: Nlite=ocgen.dll,OcEntry,nLite.inf,HIDE,7any idea whats going on and how to resolve it?
nuhi Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 That means that your sysoc.inf file is missing [components] section, which is critical and should not happen through nlite alone.Did you use some other tool, modified your installation in some way, that file especially?Maybe some addon you're using...try without them...recopy clean installation files when you retry it.
Morpitus Posted April 26, 2007 Author Posted April 26, 2007 (edited) yes i used Ryanvm firstbut my original cd has no sysoc.infor at least i cant find it where should it be?note that i have a dutch version of xp pro with sp2do i really need it?maybe i need to first use nlite then ryanvm end the the driverpacks with base Edited April 26, 2007 by Morpitus
nuhi Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 How can you use RVM pack on Dutch XP, it is for English only. You can insert RVM pack with nLite all in one pass with the other modifications (use the hotfix page). But that pack is for English only.
Morpitus Posted April 27, 2007 Author Posted April 27, 2007 (edited) I used the dutch version of the pack by MeulcI found the sysoc.in_ file it's an archive, weird error but it works with a new original cdCan't wait to finally testdrive it!!!many thanks nuhi Edited April 27, 2007 by Morpitus
