RollnThndr Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 (edited) Hi,I just ran across nLite and was wondering if it could possibly help me out. I'm working on a Compaq pc that does not come with any CDs, all of the installation files are on the recovery partition. Because the recovery files contain a lot of other installated applications and the computer is not my own (if it were mine, the recovery partition would have been long ago ) it's not an option for me to not utilize the recovery partition.I have installed a RAID controller which obviously needs 3rd party drivers installed. My questions is, can nLite help me in any way to get these RAID drivers installed into the recovery partition? I've done some reading on 'slipstreaming' files onto CDs, but I need these drivers intstalled if the owner ever uses Compaq's recovery steps. Basically, I don't want to mess with Compaq's recovery process, I just want to add the additional drivers.Any suggestions would be great. Thanks! Edited April 23, 2007 by RollnThndr
RollnThndr Posted April 23, 2007 Author Posted April 23, 2007 I move this question to the drivers forum
