Unattended Install Takes Too Long..

I made an unattended CD and used the SVC pack way on installing Hotfixes... the way that is shown on MSFN's unattended CD site... and the GUI setup took exactly 3 hrs and 10 mins..... is it because i did it on virtual PC and set 128MB RAM for Virtual PC or is it gonna install that slow when i need to install it? Does anyone have a way of making it faster?

If you use my method to slipstream the xp rollup it takes 1 min longer. Does xp setup hang at the 13 min mark? What does setuperr.log say?

yes you'll need to use gosh's method, the update rollup covers about 20 hotfixes so its quickly installed without the long waits between each hotfix being installed.
