Problem with shortcut

What happen with my shortcut file? I can't open it

A friend of mine has exactly the same problem, but it occurs when he tries to launch any built-in game from game explorer. Would re-registering shell32.dll work (or some other .dll)? I'm posting this from work, maybe someone here will give me a hint before I get to his place tonight and try the shell32.dll thing.
