integration of gigabyte's SATA/RAID drivers

Featured Replies

Greetings...

I'm trying to integrate gigabyte's SATA/RAID drivers into My distributive.

But there is one problem: I don't know which of .sys-files put into i386 dir.

There is such:

jgogo.sys
jraid.cat
Jraid.sys
txtsetup.oem
xraid_f.inf

files in driver's forlder.

in this:

http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=13173

article just says

That would be iastor.sys and si3114r.sys; you do not need SIWinAcc.sys for this step.

but there is no explanation why...

Can someone help me?

Best regards...

Look at txtsetup.oem, under those [Files.XXXX] sectors, find those lines start with "driver", you'll get all the files you need.

  • Author

there in all sections written:

driver  = disk1, jraid.sys, Jraid
driver = disk1, Jgogo.sys, Jgogo

so I should copy both jraid.sys and Jgogo.sys? and, later, put both of them into [sourceDisksFiles]-section (in TXTSETUP.SIF)?
