nLite wont create the CD properly

Can anyone help with this? It is really urgent as i have uninstalled everything from my main PC before imaging it ready for a full reinstall, but nLite will not create the CD!! >

Basically the entire process appears to work fine, but after either burning or creating an image, there are only 2 folders $OEM$ and I386. None of the 11 files (setup.exe, boot.bin, autorun.inf etc.) are added to the image/CD.

Why the hell is this? PLEASE HELP ME!! It is extremely irritating!!!!!

I am using 1.3 Final.

I used the Mkisofs mode to burn/write and it worked. What is wrong with the normal method??
