How to activate APM

I wanna change the setting's for Advanced Power Management since during the Unattended process.On some computers that haven't an ATX power source in the Right Click {on desktop}>Screen Saver tab at the Monitor Power Options it's appear another tab called APM, i wan't to activate trough the registry but I cannot find the registry key coressponding to this. Has anyone an idea???

I also wan't to add pictures to make this easy to understand but the browser sayd "Initialising atachaments..". When I may do this I'll make it.

i think it's a service and i maybe go wrong when i've said that can be maked from the registry...

how can i start it??
