Help w/ Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3

The installer correctly runs in the T-13 stage, in quiet mode b, however complains that it requires 800x600 with 256 colors. Hitting next allows it to install correctly, so when setup is complete, the application is fully functional. Since the Windows install is going to run at 640x480, is there any way to suppress this message during the install?
