Firefox Customization

In Internet Explorer, you can use the group policy or tools like TweakUI to customize the browser by...

• Adding "Internet Explorer Provided by <yournamehere>"
  
• Changing the little windows flag logo to a logo of your choice
  

Is there a way to do this with firefox/ Obviously, you can't use the group policy as FF isn't integrated with the OS like IE is. But it would be nice to change the title bar and to change perhaps that little rotating wheel-like-dotty-thing in the upper right hand corner and on tabs while they load. Anyone know how? I suppose I could find a way to hack firefox.exe using resource hacker, but is there an easier way? I always love how my friends use my computer and say "whaa- how'd you get your name on the title bar? How'd you change that icon?" but now that I use FF usually rather than IE, I would like to do this there, too.
