Creating a shortcut

Im trying to create a short cut to a folder on my harddrive but i want it to be available on the left side of the save dialog box (highlighted in blue)- see the image for a better clarification. Anyone know how to?

TweakUI offers an easy way to edit those options.

Ok but anyone know of another way as i dont fancy installing tweak ui on a few PCs just for this reason? i.e. reg trick
