I posted this thread already, detailing my current method of custom XP setups:

I'd like to be able to automatically have, on a single HD, C drive being 4GB in size, and D drive using up the rest of the disk (both formatted NTFS), and also on D drive to have "Documents and Settings" and "Program Files" folders. Can I do this with nlite?

yes you can, but you will need to prepare your partition manualy, I mean Id the D: already exist when you install it will work.

Just look in the folder section of the options tab in nlite, there you can customize the default folder for the windows installation.
