Cancelled Updates in Windows 2000

My system froze in the middle of a Windows 2000 update(23 updates were being downloaded and installed). When I rebooted and ran the Microsoft update again it said there were no new updates available. However, when I check the download history, there are all of the downloads marked with "cancelled" status.

I can't find how to get Update to recognize these updates and restart the download.
