Explore to : C:\Windows\Branding\Basebrd\en-US

Open BASEBRD.DLL.MUI in ResHacker and Navigate to : String Table -> 1 -> 1033

Edit that U want and complie script and save

After the compilation U can save and Ur existing file will be replaced.
