Hi,

I am confused. We recently upgraded our Windows 2003 servers to SP2 and have WDS installed. We had RIS in the past and that was working fine. I understand now that everything is image based build via sysprep but I have 1 or 2 questions.

1: Is there a way to not include say a c:\drivers directory and be able to feed these from a network share in order to be able to update them dynamically without having to re-image? Or am I confused with this?

2: Is there a way to just have it run Mini-Setup so that the they can be just preped at the site with PXE boot and not have to do any post task, like a reseal or am I confused about this as well. I presume its all about where you image the reference computer.

Any input or pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks

Warren
