Java Not integrating with Ie7 after install?

Please forgive me, I'm very new at creating new version of XP with slipstreamed/integrated stuff.

I've created a new version of XP with RyanVM's Post-SP2 7.1.8, Media Player 11, IE7 and various other things - including Java Runtimes 6 - using Nlite.

It all successfully installs, including Java. However, it seems that Java isn't integrating with IE7. I open a page that includes Java and it won't run the applet. If I reinstall Java manually, it then works.

Is there some sort of problem installing IE7, then Java 6?

Any help most appreciated.
