foligatto Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 I recently formatted my hard drive and reinstalled Windows XP. My intellimouse explorer has always been customizable based on the ptrogram I was in before. But when I downloaded the drivers for the mouse with Intellipoint 5.0, this functionality seems to be gone. Is this a change they made to the software, or is it something I'm doing wrong?Any advice as to how to get the programmable buttons back the way they were?ThanksTom
Thanatos Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 Control panel>mouse, configure the buttons in there, and if you want program specific buttons, there's a checkbox in there too
foligatto Posted October 12, 2003 Author Posted October 12, 2003 Actually, those options are not there anymore... That's kinda what I was asking about. Has anyone else had this happen, and/or found a solution? Thanks
foligatto Posted October 14, 2003 Author Posted October 14, 2003 OK, problem solved. Apparently Intellipoint 4.12 is the one I wanted. It seems that they removed the program specific setting on 5.0.
