I haven't got info on what's changed but they also released a new build of 1.5 (1.5.0.11) which makes me suspect a large security hole was patched. The release notes haven't been updated since March 15th's 2.0.0.3 RC1 build.

Made sure ALL six bugs that went into this release were verified, including the "FTP pasv command" bug...
