mcorben Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Hello Everyone, I could really use some help or at least which direction to go. I've created single PC master image for computers here at my company generally without any problems. I have Dell d610,d620,IBM t23,t30,t41,t42,Dell gx260,gx270,gx280,and the optiplex520. My standard process has always been to gather all the drivers and place them into a folder that is pathed in sysprep so it can find them.Everything has work without a problem. Now our new PC is a Optiplex D740 which is a AMD 64 Athlon x2. Sysprep creates the image but when it starts to boot for the first time it just blue screens and reboots.I don't think it ever gets to the sysprep stage as it happens so fast and I can't even read which error it's blue screening.I'm sure this is because it is a AMD 64 and the rest were Intels. Aftering reading posts on this site I have a feelingit is a problem with the HAL?? But not sure.Any help or insight anyone could provide would be great. Thanks in advance!sysprep file:[unattended] DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore ExtendOemPartition=1 InstallFilesPath=sysprep\I386; Replace OemPnPDriversPath with the path of the third-party; device drivers (separate folders with a semincolon): OemPnPDriversPath="\i386;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Network;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Audio;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Audio\DELL;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Modem;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Modem\w2kxp;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Mouse;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Other;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Video;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Video\DELL;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Video\DELL2;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Dellgx520;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Dell d610;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Dell d610\wireless;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Dell d620;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Dell d620\audio;\WINDOWS\Drivers\Dell 740" OemPreinstall=Yes OemSkipEula=Yes ResetSourcePath=c:\ UnattendMode=FullUnattended[GuiUnattended] AdminPassword=***** EncryptedAdminPassword=No AutoLogon=Yes AutoLogonCount=3 OEMDuplicatorstring="****" OemSkipRegional=1 OemSkipWelcome=1 TimeZone=035[GUIRUNONCE][userData] FullName="******" OrgName="******" ComputerName=* ProductKey=***************[TapiLocation] CountryCode=1 AreaCode=908 LongDistanceAccess="9," Dialing=Tone[identification] ;DomainAdmin=Administrator ;DomainAdminPassword=Password ;JoinDomain=DOMAIN JoinWorkgroup=WORKGROUP; MachineObjectOU="OU=Accounts,DC=honeycutt,DC=corp"[Networking][sysprep] BuildMassStorageSection=Yes[sysprepMassStorage]
