RunOnceEx does not work anymore

A while ago I have made an unattended DVD with XP and 2003 where both installations used RunOnceEx to install additional soft.

Now I tried to renew this DVD by incorporating all recent Hotfixes on it.

After I integrated IE 7.0 in each of this installations RunOnceEx stopped working.

What I figured out, after installion of IE 7.0 in the working system RunOnceEx does not work anymore.

The "rundll32 iernonce,RunOnceExProcess" doen not work either.
