atolica Posted March 4, 2007 Posted March 4, 2007 I'm in need of desperate help.I did unattended installations a million times(Windows XP SP2 Professional) and everything ran smoothly.Today I thought of checking which microsoft hotfixes are replaced by others and eliminate them. I mention that I'm using nLite for that.But not nLite is the problem.Everything runs ok untill T-12 when Cmdlines.txt comes in action. A quick flash of RunOnceEx.cmd appears and disappears quickly thanks to cmdow.So I read on this forum other similar cases and thought of putting RunOnceEx.cmd inside brackets. NadaSo I said, ok let's add "rundll32.exe iernonce.dll,RunOnceExProcess" at the end of RunOnceEx.cmd. NadaI'm bangging my head to pieces, testing it a thousand times inside Vmware. rajesh.kumar Posted March 4, 2007 Posted March 4, 2007 (edited) try calling the RunOnceEx.cmd as the last line in cmdlines.txt.if u doubt ie7 hotfixes, try installing them alone thru runonceex(if u have integrated ie7 thru nlite). Edited March 4, 2007 by rajesh.kumar

I switched RunOnceEx.cmd, first, last, middle.Curious that I didn't put "RunOnceEx.cmd" before, just RunOnceEx.cmd without brackets and it worked.My RunOnceEx.cmd is ok. EDIT: Ok, but not running at T-12 as it did before. I tested it right now in vmware, the registry keys are there, that's waht I ment by "ok".I had no problems installing IE7 via Runonce and I blew it. Any thoughts? Edited March 4, 2007 by atolica
