Slipstreaming SP2 update.exe

Windows Vers - Windows XP Pro RTM (5.1.2600.0)

nLite Vers - 1.3 RC 2

I'm wondering if anyone has run into this problem when they were trying to slipstream sp2 into XP pro...

When I try to use nlite to slipstream sp2, I get these errors:

Extraction Failed

"The system cannot file the file specified"

Extracting Files

"Extracted File: i386\update\update.exe To Directory: c:\b1001f0fc4d183309351"

I tried re-downloading sp2 from the microsoft site thinking it's a corrupted version of sp2 but it didn't help. Has anyone run across this problem trying to slipstream within the last week or so? It's weird because about a month ago, I was able to do it with nlite but then while installing, I got an error (at the blue windows setup screen) saying that it can't find update.exe so when I did it again now, I can't even get nlite to integrate sp2 anymore. I've also tried using another Windows Pro CD but that didn't help either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
