i have winxp installed on d drive.. and there i have the i386 i made with nlite os..

i removed alot of stuff and made a bootable dvd.

or using the bootable dvd is better.

my c drive is completly empty..

i can use the dvd.. but i want to know if running installion from the i386 get the same results.

i tried the iso i made the dvd with virtual box and the winxp works fine

Yes the results will be the same, but remember to use the unattend switch if you want the Unattended settings to work:

winnt32 unattend:winnt.sif

Gotta put this into FAQ, came up few times lately.
