I´m useing German 98SE can I intall all the SP's and Patches ?

If not what can i do ?

Witch patches and SP's could i use ?

Mybe somebody of you could bring me one Step by Step itroduktion how to make my own Me Transpletant ? The one that is postet on MGDX seems for me to komplikatet !
