How do I get a macro to always say "yes"

I have a macro which in which I print off a worksheet and then close it. It always asks me if I want to save the changes ive made to the worksheet before it will carry on with the macro. Is there any way I can put it into the macro that when I come to that part it will always assume yes that I want to save the changes ive made to the workbook and carry on without me selecting yes or no
