littel help with addon

hi im new to this. i know a lot of stuff now by reading here and i dint get the PART of .iss, i did on to my NVIDA drivers and i want to pack it so when XP instals it let it do like the NVIDA.iss look at the code

i use swedish lang and i want my Drivers EXEs to be installed using my ways and MSN Messenger with out the Tools bar and other, littel help with waht to use it would be great tnx.
