I have a shortcut of a folder on my desktop and in there i have all shortcuts to games and when i try to delete one shortcut it takes about a minute to show delete dialog!

I think it shouldn't take so much time! How to fix it ?


Have you defraged your hard drive(s) ?? That would account for some slowdown, but not for all, I'm sorry to say. I assume you are using Windows XP SP2 with the latest patches? Please confirm ...

Yes im using XP sp2 with latest patches ! Is it maybe the patch problem ?
