GreenMachine, Royalbox...

Could you guys give a brief description on what your hotfix scripts do, does it slipstream or not, and any other information. Plus, a location to download them from.

The site is currently without a hotfix installation guide, as the old one had to be removed due to issues. The one I'm making is rather simple, which is dumping all the hotfixes into the svcpack folder and running each one using syntax in [setupHotfixesToRun]. No cat files or extracting to i386 is involved in this one. But still, I would like to provide an alternative to users by trying out hotfix scripts, which will be linked from the guide.

Thanks! :)

Me too, got something happening with it I need to get to the bottom of first...

EDIT: Leaving it to greenmachine :)

Writing up the guide as I speak, should be up in a few hours :)

@aaronxp,

I misunderstood the message above, I thought you were posting a new script.

If you still want to take a look, my script download is here. I've included a readme file. Greenmachine is more switched-on with windows setup that I am, but the script does work well for type 1 hotfixes (except KB817778) and has type 2 support if anyone wants to try it, sp1.cab and driver.cab update and hotfix renaming.
