Security Accounts Manager and Protected Storage

Is it secure to disyble these 2 services, if I use only Firefox, (I have only the kernel of explorer), I don't use MS outlook nor Outlook Express and all users of my PC are "Administrators", and the login is automatic (without passwords) ??
