Hi People...

I happened to see a screenshot of a frnd of mine, whose System properties window looked like the one I've attached.. Please let me know how it can be done... And can it be customised so that it would appear wen I install a fresh copy of Windows, without having to perform the customization each time?

Thanks for the help.....

U can do yourself...

Visit: Source

after modification make the cab file of sysdm.cpl using command

makecab <file-name.extension with full path>

makecab sysdm.cpl

put the sysdm.cp_ into ur XP source under I386 folder.

You could also simply use this method, but maybe that is not what you want?

If you want the image to cover as much as in the screenshot you posted then use what neo mentioned, or if you want the image to the left only, then use my link.

Another small Help.... Is it possible to add the logo of the processor on which the OS is being installed automatically???

It is indeed possible, but it's not a small one...

It will require some scipting.

Do you want to display only the logo of the CPU-manufacturer (for example Intel or AMD), or the logo of the specific CPU (AthlonXP, P4, Athlon64, Core 2 Duo, Celeron)?
