archon79 Posted February 18, 2007 Posted February 18, 2007 My friends windows install will not start, not even in safe mode. So I connected her hard drive to my computer and the file structure is intact but I cannot copy the My Documents folder because the system is password protected. How do we get around this?

grokdot Posted February 18, 2007 Posted February 18, 2007 You can use NTFS Dos (is included in Hiren Boot) to access hard drive is formated in NTFS, so you can copy your folder !I have tested with this program and there aren't problems.
