DW20.exe-dll initialization failed

When I restart or shutdown I get:

DW20.exe-DLL Initialization Failed

The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down.

It does not seem to be causing any problems with the computer, but it is an annoyance that I would like to solve.

I put this app, DW20.exe, into google and I got a couple sites with people having similar issues. Check them out.
