RunOnceEx fails to execute.

Hey,

I've recently updated my install to include RyanVM's latest pack and hotfixes for IE7 but since doing so it appears that cmdlines.txt is ignored.

Any ideas? Perhaps I've rebuilt my install and overlooked something?

Here is the list I work to when rebuilding my install:

Integrate RyanVM's pack
Delete DOCS, CMPNENTS, SUPPORT, VALUEADD
Delete I386 - WIN9XMIG, WIN9XUPG, WINNTUPG, LANG
Integrate Add-ons
Copy hacked files
Copy WINNT.SIF
Copy $OEM$
Integrate WMP11 hotfixes (nLite)
Integrate IE7 (nLite)
Integrate hotfixes (nLite)
Integrate Drivers
Removed Windows Sounds (nLite)
