Soundblaster Audigy 2 Value: Vista Drivers & Software

Hi Teamsters,

Is there any news on drivers and softwear with 5.1 speaker support for the Audigy 2 Value soundcard?

These are the drivers for my Soundblaster LIVE 5.1 Card, they work fine on XP.

I haven't tried them or the soundcard on Vista, but being an NT file system driver, it may work.(...don't qoute me on that)

If they work for you, let everyone know.

If not, i'll see if i can find other's that may.

Check here again if you do no good.

No the drivers didn't work :-(

I am hoping Creative as well as all other manufactures get there acts together and start to get the drivers and softwear out for Vista.

I really do not want to have to buy a new soundcard.

Hi,

Thanks for your help, I downloaded the program installed and the issue was the onboard sound. Once I disabled that the creative drivers and software kicked in.
