If you browse through some files of Vista RTM DVD you can find vista serial.. i am confused..

I got this on my original DVD

vistasource\sources\inf\setup.cfg

[DefaultImageSelection]Value=YFKBB-PQJJV-G996G-VWGXY-2V3X8

Since this is the part of Vista DVD, so i don't think its warez..

That is the default key it uses for the 30-day demo. It applies this key when you do not input any key during the install.

For proof, install without inputing any keys. Then use an elevated priv CMD prompt and type "slmgr -dlv". The resultant windows will come up in about a minute and show you the partial key, and that you have 30 days (actually it will say 29) left. The partial key should match the last digits of the key you just extracted.

I agree Vista DVD contains Ultimate version key.

but if U selcet different version of Vista without entering the serial key. vista get installed with default key and all versions have their own different keys. its mean Vista contains all versions of product ID or keys.

You can't activate it with that key - it's the 30day demo key (as others have said). You enter your own key (either during setup, or afterwards when prompted) and activate that.
