Internet Explorer 7 (restart alot)?

some times when I open Internet Explorer show me this:

also I need to open this site two times to open it,first time close automatic and second time will be open.and sometime show me same error.

Close all IE windows, and try launching IE like this manually from a command prompt:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff

or, for x64 versions of Windows:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff

Does the problem happen in the new IE spawned?

If you can, then, get an adplus -crash application dump of the iexplore.exe process.
