Pensionada Posted February 14, 2007 Author Share Posted February 14, 2007 I found the problem: it was the modem driver.What happened was that after I completed the install, I noticed that the modem driver was missing (PCI simple comm controller).I hooked up to driveragent.com which suggested the Creatix V.90 HaM for which I downloaded the driver; all went smooth.
