Hi, I need WMP 11 help

Hi guys im new so i have no idea where to post this question.

I recently got round to upgrading WMP (Windows Media Player) 10 to WMP 11. The big problem I am having is that it sounds like it has srs wow effect on everything i play from video to audio. I checked the srs wow effect and it was inded turned off so i reverted back to WMP 10 and still the problem was there so i again upgrade back up to WMP 11. Now audio and film plays fine on other programs its just a prob with WMP.

Now the question is has anyone else had this problem and if so how do you fix it ?
