Ive set up a macro so that it can clear the colour contents of the box so I can print the document. What im trying to is to be able to put the colour that was originally there before the workbook has printed back in automatically. Can anyone help?Many Thanks

NukedWhale Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 I'm not very experienced with Macros, so I might be totally off-base...Why don't you set the Macro up to automatically create a copy of the document, automatically open it and then clear the colors from the new document.
