FTP & Processor Usage

Hi

I installed Windows Vista and all works as it should except one. When I download

from my LAN FTP Server the processor usage goes to 100% and the download seems

not as fast as it should (around 15MBIT/s for a 100mbIT/s connection).

If i use File Zilla as an FTP client the download speed seems reasonable (about 60MBit/s)www

but the processor usage remains high.

Does anybody know how this could be solved I am running on a Turion 1.8Ghz and 1GB of RAM.

Normal disk to disk copy works with the 31MByte/s which is the maximum transfer rate for the disk.
