Bolus123 Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 Hello there!I tried including Media Center in XP, but it won't work. I followed the guide of this topic:http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showto...1070&st=135 (13th post)But I can't seem to manage to install in proporly. I get the following message when I try to open Media Center:"Media Center only works on Windows Media Center Edition"I think it has something to do with editing "winbrand.dll" with a program called "resourse hacker". I have the program and opened winbrand.dll (extracted from winbrand.dl_ with winrar) But I don't know what to do with it or where to save it? Can someone help? Thanks a lot.

Bolus123 Posted February 7, 2007 Author Posted February 7, 2007 Hi again,I've been experimenting a little, I tried using dotnet 2.0 in stead of 1.0 and 1.3 update. This doesn't seem to work. During installation an error occurs, though it installs everything ok. Is it possible to use dotnet 2.0? I like that one better. And by the way, is it also possible to install dotnet in rononceex in stead of a different cmd?Greetz.
