Bootscreen crashes a gogo

Hi, by now i spent 2 full days trying every single tutorial, every single tool.. just about everything.

As soon as it boots with the modified kernel it crashes on the bootscreen.

Windows Xp Professional version 2002 SP2

Any idea anyone.. find it hard to believe that nothing works.
